Motorola has announced the latest Android phone, the Motorola BACKFLIP, The device is a multitasking Android smartphone that features MOTOBLUR and a unique reverse-flip design.

The Backflip is the company's third Android powered handset after the introduction of the Cliq and the Droid last year. In terms of features, while it might not compete head on with its sibling the Droid and the just launched Nexus One, the Backflip has features and the oomph to hold its own.
