Sony Ericsson recently unveiled another addition to their communication entertainment phone lineup, the Sony Ericsson Vivaz, an 8 mega-pixel camera phone that runs on Symbian S60 5th Edition OS. The device is capable of HD (720p) video recording.

The device runs on Symbian S60 5th Edition operating system. It comes with 3.2 inches WVGA display, 640 x 360 resolution, 720 MHz processor, 8.1 megapixel camera with autofocus, image stabilization, face detection, and 720p HD video recording, FM radio.

Other features includes A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, TV-out, audio and video player, 3.5mm headphone jack, 8 GB storage on microSD card, photo and video editing, document viewer . The Vivaz is expected to come with 3G connectivity EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA 7.2 Mbit/s/HSUPA. This device allows you to upload your photos and videos directly to Picasa and YouTube.

The Sony Ericsson Vivaz will be available in selected markets in the first quarter of 2010 in four color versions: Moon Silver, Cosmic Black, Galaxy Blue and Venus Ruby. The price of this device is not announced yet, but it is expected between $670 – $750.
